📋 Description

• Plan and manage multiple projects through the entire life cycle within approved Statements of Work and Logicalis PMO methodology • Lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology services including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security • Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day engagement activities using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as applicable • Manage project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities • Oversee third-party vendors’ or partners’ deliverables • Manage processes, scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, communications, and quality throughout engagements • Create and maintain master project plans, track milestones, analyze variances, and take corrective action • Develop project communication plans covering meetings, status reporting, and escalations • Ensure deliverables meet Statement of Work requirements and customer satisfaction • Document and share lessons learned to support continuous process improvement • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and the Logicalis Service Portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training • 5 or more years of enterprise-level project management experience, managing multiple projects at one time for multiple external customers, managing teams of 1 to 20+ resources, delivering enterprise Msft service offerings • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet • Experience working within Project and/or PS business applications to plan, manage, and report on project services delivered • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • CAPM, SCRUM, Msft and/or IT industry technical certifications beneficial
