📋 Description

• Support customers’ server and network environments as a member of Logicalis’ 24x7x365 operations team • Support detection, incident, requested item, problem, and change tickets for monitored devices and resources • Troubleshoot and perform break/fix work, server/software updates, and feature enhancements • Support Windows, Linux, and Unix servers, Cisco networking devices, and general IT infrastructure • Respond to and solve customer issues using technology tools, procedures, training, service offerings, and SLAs • Create and maintain technical and process documentation • Follow customer-specific ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes • Maintain knowledge of core service offerings and SLAs • Support customers and expand service offerings to current customers • Accommodate requests from multiple customers and Logicalis Account Executives in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• High School education or GED • 2 years of experience in multiple technologies • Experience with Windows Server administration, including versions 2012, 2016, and 2019, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Linux Server administration experience • Experience with clustering technologies, including Citrix and VMware • Experience with backup solutions, including NetBackup, Veeam, and Azure Recovery Services Vaults • Experience with network technologies, including Cisco, switch/route, ASA, SD-WAN, IPT, and UCCX • Experience with IBM Technologies, including AIX or IBMi • Microsoft Azure administration experience, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Active Directory • Microsoft 365 Administration experience • Experience working in an ITIL-based incident tracking system such as Service-Now • Understanding of network and server monitoring tools and technologies • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications • Certifications listed include MCP, MCITP, RHCSA, LCA, CCNA, AZ-104, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+ • Ability to execute tasks and troubleshoot with minimal supervision and urgency • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet critical SLA deadlines • Excellent customer service and interaction skills • Outstanding verbal, written, and technical/business communication skills • Ability to accommodate requests from multiple customers and Account Executives in a timely manner • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting or standing, using hands and arms, and occasionally moving, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or lifting up to 10 pounds
