📋 Description

• Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings • Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence • Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice • Report to the Managing Attorney • Court-related travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required) • 3+ years of evictions experience preferred; all qualified applicants considered • Experience working in a role that focuses on Evictions and/or Collections • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven • Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (typing, clicking, swiveling) • Ability to multi-task • Applicants for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States • Newly hired employees must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility
