📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys • Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies • Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters • Oversee end-to-end client engagements • Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of deliverables • Build and maintain relationships with attorney clients • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the PST time zone • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts • 1–3 years of client or customer service experience • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Problem-solving ability with a creative approach to challenges • Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
