📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence • Attend court hearings in person and virtually • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice • Work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and an operational team under a managing attorney • Develop a well-rounded legal skill set

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Indiana (required) • 0–3+ years of experience; all qualified applicants considered • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven • Multi-state licensure, particularly Kentucky or Ohio, is a plus • Litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience is a bonus • Federal licensure is a bonus • Ability to travel locally for court-related matters • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, and swiveling • Ability to multitask • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility
