📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence • Attend court hearings in person and virtually • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice • Work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and an operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney • Travel locally for court-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Indiana (required) • 3-5+ years (all qualified applicants considered) • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven • Multi-state licensure is an advantage; Kentucky/Ohio preferred • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (typing, clicking, swiveling) • Ability to multi-task • All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States • Newly hired employees must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility • Employer participates in E-Verify
