• Perform upfront file structuring and maintain pipeline retention • Oversee pipeline retention efforts by tracking active loan files • Review and provide guidance on complex loan scenarios • Conduct comprehensive second-level reviews of loans • Track, document, and maintain detailed records of all loan reviews, recommendations, and decisions
