📋 Description

• Take customer orders over the phone • Enter orders in proprietary software • Schedule deliveries with the trucking company • Resolve loading issues with trucking companies • Communicate with customers and/or salespeople by email, phone, or text regarding order confirmations or issues • Perform data entry for daily price emails and other general data entry • Set up new customers in the pricing system • Change markups or setups for existing customers in pricing software as required by management • Work with the invoicing team to bill customers accurately • Pass information about pricing-day deals to the accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible in working hours • Team player, good communicator, outspoken, and self-motivated • Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and text • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and organizational abilities • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle delivery and scheduling issues • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software preferred • Willingness to work on-call weekends • Background check may be conducted as a condition of employment
