📋 Description

• Receive and prioritize incoming repair requests • Dispatch mobile trailer repair technicians to service locations • Monitor repair progress • Provide timely updates to customers and management • Track service calls and completed work orders • Ensure accurate records are maintained • Help ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional service experience

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Ohio, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, or Michigan • Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally in trailer repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or transportation • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with computers and dispatching software • Knowledge of commercial trailers and repair terminology preferred • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
