📋 Description

• Coordinate towing requests and roadside assistance services. • Ensure customers receive prompt, safe, and efficient support on the road. • Dispatch tow trucks or roadside assistance technicians according to customer needs and location. • Monitor dispatched jobs and communicate service progress and estimated arrival times. • Maintain communication with tow truck operators and roadside technicians. • Record customer calls, service requests, dispatch details, and job updates in the dispatch system. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. • Coordinate with team members and field personnel to ensure smooth operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services. • Collect essential customer information, including location, vehicle type, and the specific assistance required, such as towing, jump-starts, tire changes, lockout services, or fuel delivery. • Dispatch the appropriate tow trucks or roadside assistance technicians based on the customer’s needs and location. • Monitor the status of dispatched jobs and provide customers with timely updates on service progress and estimated arrival times. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with tow truck operators and roadside technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery. • Accurately record customer calls, service requests, dispatch details, and job updates in the dispatch system. • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally while providing appropriate assistance and solutions. • Coordinate with team members and field personnel to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of service requests. • Follow established dispatch procedures and company policies to maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
