📋 Description

• Assess and assign any/all open events • Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event • Assign the appropriate and nearest Service Provider to make requested repairs • Advise customers of estimated arrival times and follow instructions per their requirements • Inform the manager on duty of service-provider delays or repair problems • Work with New Call/Follow Up Representatives to address problems • Handle overflow of new inbound events • Assist New Call/Follow Up Representatives as needed • Assist in resolving customer inquiries • Provide peer training • Maintain an above-average efficiency score • Maintain good-standing attendance • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate, required • Two years’ relevant experience • Must be Coordinator-Dispatcher II at least one year • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite • Basic knowledge in diesel mechanics and customer profile knowledge • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future • Variable work shift
