📋 Description

• Receive customer service requests and create tickets in SHI’s call management system • Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and point-of-sale hardware repairs • Communicate with SHI employees and customers via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email • Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure requests are assigned and accepted • Make system corrections and adjustments based on field feedback • Monitor email for service requests and critical communications • Update technician schedules to reflect changes accurately • Verify service requests contain complete customer information and required dispatch details • Support a 24/7 operation through flexible and on-call coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Completed High School Diploma or GED • Experience in/with Microsoft Office tools preferred • Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a call center/help desk environment • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume setting • Basic experience organizing and maintaining contracts and insurance certificates • Basic experience using Microsoft SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation • Basic experience managing and maintaining computer systems and networks • Basic experience managing incoming mail • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends • Availability for on-call overnight hours to handle emergency calls
