📋 Description

• Provide daily updates on open work orders via customer portal and email • Interface with internal account management and finance teams • Draft and submit quotes • Manage and dispatch appropriate service technicians/subcontractors based on skills, request nature, request location, and technician/subcontractor location • Provide customers with work order status updates, pictures, and appropriate documentation/notes • Create purchase orders • Resolve billing discrepancy issues and questions with the finance team • Schedule internal service technicians using the company work order management system • Receive customer calls and adjust schedules as required • Close out calls with technicians and mark them complete

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience • Previous experience coordinating service technicians or crews, projects, or subcontractors is a plus • Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task • Professional phone and electronic communication • Experience using WOM systems is a plus, including Service Channel, Corrigo, and customer-specific systems • Routing experience • Trades, facilities, or property management experience is a plus
