📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for BOXED, balancing short-term wins with longer-term bets. • Define and own core product metrics including activation, retention, and monetization. • Drive execution, coordinating with Engineering and Design to ship value to customers without compromising quality. • Translate customer insights into product strategy, working with community, support team, and creator network. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to ship product that holds together across the full BOXED customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer product environment, with time spent owning core product surfaces and outcomes. • A track record of driving measurable impact on metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, or monetization. • A bias for shipping with strong product judgement. • High empathy for customers and understanding engagement loops, consumer psychology, virtual economies, and mechanics that drive habit formation. • Experience with modern product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, or similar). • Excellent communication across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional departments. • Comfort operating across multiple product surfaces and in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
