📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with organizational goals • Create and manage annual marketing communication plans, calendars, and budgets • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align messaging across campaigns, events, and initiatives • Produce written and visual content for digital, social, and traditional media channels • Oversee marketing collateral, newsletters, press materials, and storytelling content • Ensure brand consistency in tone, message, and design across platforms and communications • Manage media relations, including writing press releases, pitching stories, and responding to media inquiries • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key industry contacts • Support leadership and spokespeople with messaging, media preparation, and speaking opportunities • Execute email campaigns, paid and organic social media, and website content • Monitor digital analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize engagement and conversion rates • Stay current on emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices • Develop internal communications, including newsletters and company updates • Support planning and promotion of product launches, conferences, and community activations • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing alignment and operational readiness for events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand alignment • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (social media, email, CMS tools, analytics) • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or related field • Demonstrated experience in media relations, campaign planning, and content creation • Master’s preferred
