📋 Description

• Develop communications materials supporting the enterprise innovation, research, and development strategy and related implementation activities • Draft, edit, and format governance documents, decision memoranda, briefings, reports, meeting materials, fact sheets, and executive correspondence • Maintain content on the client intranet and program website, Microsoft Teams sites, SharePoint sites, and other approved collaboration platforms • Review PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat products for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with client writing, branding, and communications guidance • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public affairs, business, or a related discipline • At least 10 years of professional technical writing, editing, or strategic communications experience • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro • Demonstrated ability to simplify technical or policy information for executive and stakeholder audiences • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a federal environment
