📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new key accounts across mainstream mass, grocery, and pharmacy retail sectors. • Build and manage strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact for major ecommerce and brick-and-mortar accounts. • Design and implement tailored sales and marketing programs to drive growth, including promotional and cooperative marketing initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure successful product launches and account performance. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitive activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within consumer goods or retail. • Proven success securing listings with major mainstream retailers (e.g. Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens). • Experience managing multi-million-dollar retail accounts with consistent year-over-year growth. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
