β’ Execute and continuously refine the account management strategy, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data β’ Own and manage the full post-contract lifecycle for new and existing Talos clients, from onboarding through ongoing support β’ Maintain and manage revenue forecasts, with a focus on identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities β’ Partner closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and represented in product development β’ Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing consultative guidance on trading workflows and platform usage β’ Drive client value realization while maximizing long-term contract value β’ Monitor and proactively improve overall client health, engagement, and satisfaction
β’ 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role (e.g., Sales Trading, Execution/Algo Sales) β’ Background in traditional capital markets required β’ Experience with electronic trading platforms and workflows β’ Demonstrated ability to work with clients to solve complex trading or technology-related challenges β’ Experience managing commercial discussions and/or contract negotiations preferred β’ Familiarity with digital assets and crypto markets preferred β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
