📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end oversight and support for customers purchasing installation jobs • Track project progress and document all customer, provider, store, and vendor interactions • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide installation job support, updates, and gather information • Conduct initial customer and service-provider contact to verify project scope and align expectations • Ensure projects are scheduled within the service-level agreement and confirm scheduling with customers • Coordinate product delivery with stores and customers so work can begin on time • Upload required permit and Lead Safe Practices compliance documents • Manage and resolve post-project Work Order issues, including assessing costs and potential chargebacks • Record thorough project interaction documentation in Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce • Deliver consistent service through defined processes and provide process-improvement feedback • Achieve goals and complete tasks on time • Build relationships by organizing and sharing information and seeking performance feedback • Complete training and participate in team meetings, town halls, and developmental meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable • 1–3 years' experience in a customer-facing role • Ability to work night and/or weekend hours as schedules may require • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field • Preferred: 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling or construction industry • Preferred: 1 year of experience working in a project management function • Preferred: Experience in a contact center environment • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to change and a fast-paced environment • Ability to use Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce • Completion of assigned training courses and participation in team meetings, town halls, and developmental meetings
