• Lead end-to-end program management for strategic growth programs, from planning through execution • Develop and operationalize program governance frameworks • Partner with the events team and external wholesalers on conference planning • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and define scalable best practices • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 5+ years of financial services experience and experience working in wealth management • 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity • 5+ years of project management experience • Ability to travel up to 20%
