📋 Description

• Lead support for financial advisors in LPL's Linsco employee channel • Oversee regional profitability as the region grows to include multiple branches • Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth • Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction • Support advisor recruitment by presenting the Employee Channel's mission and vision • Help transition new teams to LPL • Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing model profitability • Report to the Divisional Director • Develop strategic roadmaps, milestones, operational metrics, and sustainable processes • Build, motivate, and develop strong teams at scale • Collaborate internally and externally to prioritize and support the channel

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of branch experience in a branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration role • Bachelor's degree • Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 • 10+ years of financial services experience • Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed • Comprehensive understanding of the W2 advisor model • Strong collaboration and client experience skills • Experience in both a branch and home office strongly preferred • Experience as a branch manager and managing multiple offices preferred • Strong wealth management experience and a track record of recruiting and integrating advisors preferred • Ability to motivate employees, build teams, and drive outcomes • Strong interpersonal, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, operational execution, talent management, advocacy, influencing, and change leadership skills • Strong gravitas and executive presence • Awareness of industry dynamics and best practices
