📋 Description

• Lead and support the legal affairs of ClearCo, a private equity-backed B2B SaaS company • Report to the CFO and work with HR, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Procurement leaders • Provide practical legal guidance on commercial agreements, corporate governance, employment matters, and dispute resolution • Advise on product counseling related to AI, privacy, and information security in the HR technology context • Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to structure deals • Advise on legal issues related to AI and privacy • Improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks • Support employment and benefits matters • Coordinate with external counsel • Implement legal technology opportunities to streamline and scale the contracting process

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of experience in SaaS or technology transactions • JD from an accredited law school • Active bar membership • Strong business judgment • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • Experience managing a high-volume contract workload • Familiarity with legal technology highly valued • Demonstrated interest in building efficient legal processes highly valued
