📋 Description

• Provide expert legal counsel on product development involving stablecoins, payments, blockchain technology, and digital asset services • Advise on complex financial services regulations, BSA/AML/CFT compliance, sanctions, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity • Support domestic and international licensing, regulatory strategy, and engage with global regulators • Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements • Support corporate governance and venture financing • Translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance • Lead multiple high-stakes legal projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage outside counsel

🎯 Requirements

• JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school • Active U.S. bar membership • 5-7 years of relevant legal experience in financial services or digital assets • Deep expertise in financial regulation, commercial transactions, and corporate governance • Experience with stablecoin issuance, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
