📋 Description

• Conduct advanced legal research on global data privacy laws • Draft and review agreements and policies • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance • Optimize legal workflows • Manage legal technology tools • Support contract lifecycle management • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Product teams to maintain data governance frameworks • Oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies and corporate records • Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience in legal operations or paralegal roles • Preferably experience within SaaS or highly regulated sectors • Demonstrated expertise in data privacy • Demonstrated expertise in legal research • Demonstrated expertise in corporate entity management • Strong communication skills • Discretion • Tech-savvy mindset • Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
