📋 Description

• Serve as the technical partner customers trust from signature through renewal • Ensure every account is onboarded and upgraded cleanly • Resolve complex technical issues before they escalate • Identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities early • Ensure customers upgrade to the latest version of LucidLink products • Conduct onboarding calls for assigned customers within 30 days of signing • Verify onboarded customers in internal monitoring tools • Own and maintain renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts • Reduce or minimize avoidable escalations of technical support tickets • Guide customers toward integrations appropriate for their environments • Lead discussions about SSO, 2FA, and role-based permissions • Run technical training for engineers and executives • Act as the trusted technical contact for strategic accounts, including routine check-ins and high-stakes escalations • Scope migration and business-continuity plans based on customer infrastructure and risk tolerance

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to support customers across a range of time zones and geographies • Competency with APIs, SDKs, and integrations • Knowledge of distributed storage and cloud architecture, including metadata/data separation, caching, and encryption trade-offs • Fluency with identity and access concepts, including SSO, 2FA, and role-based permissions • Methodical troubleshooting of complex or sensitive technical issues • Ability to teach technical material to engineers and executives and adapt training depth and pacing • Ability to own strategic customer relationships and act as the trusted technical point of contact • Commercial awareness, including identifying renewal risk and expansion opportunities • Experience scoping migration and business-continuity plans • AI fluency and responsible use of AI tools • Willingness to support customers in regions other than one's own • Must provide a resume/CV and LinkedIn profile • Must be eligible to work in either the UK or the East Coast of the United States; sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
