📋 Description

• Provide leadership for client and agency product teams • Develop and implement integrated marketing programs aligned with strategic direction • Supervise creative development across communication channels • Serve as primary interface with client product directors and marketing strategy directors on brand and business issues • Lead and supervise activities between agency departments • Review monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports and present them to client brand management • Formulate plans to extend business with established accounts • Supervise and participate in new-business development • Supervise account team members, monitor performance, distribute projects, and review progress • Lead client engagement and drive organic business growth through client relations • Manage account budgets, identify risks, and provide solutions • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest resolutions • Instill company culture among the team • Ensure optimal client customer service experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Occasional travel may be required
