📋 Description

• Support the organization’s resilience across Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery lifecycles • Assist with data collection and documentation for Business Impact Analyses • Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan documentation, including version control, formatting, and completeness tracking • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administration for BC/DR tests and exercises • Document test outcomes and develop reports • Maintain trackers for testing results, remediation items, audit action items, and follow-up activities • Compile data and documentation to identify resilience gaps • Prepare documentation and evidence requests for audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries • Manage standardized third-party resilience questionnaires and supporting documentation • Support the Crisis Management team during crisis events by monitoring communications, documenting timelines and actions, and relaying updates • Administer BC and DR management platforms such as Everbridge and Riskonnect, including user access, records, data, and system configurations • Be accountable for IT infrastructure design outcomes meeting business and user requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma and equivalent work experience • 2 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Crisis Management • Industry certification such as DRI International’s Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) preferred • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, FFIEC, FEMA/NIMS, HiTrust, and risk management frameworks preferred • Familiarity with continuity and crisis management platforms such as Riskonnect and Everbridge preferred • Must reside within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
