📋 Description

• Compile and maintain current and accurate data for dentists • Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follow up as needed • Maintain current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage, and other required credentialing documents for providers • Maintain corporate provider contract files • Maintain knowledge of current dental plan and agency credentialing requirements • Set up and maintain provider information in online credentialing databases and systems • Track license and certification expirations to ensure timely renewal • Ensure practice addresses are current with dental plans, agencies, and other entities • Audit dental plan directories for current and accurate provider information • Maintain confidentiality of provider information • Provide credentialing and privileging verifications • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Prior work experience preferred • On-the-job training will be provided • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to follow up effectively • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and departments • Initiative and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
