📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult patients enrolled in virtual programs • Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories • Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions • Prescribe and manage medications according to clinical protocols and supervision requirements • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans • Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response • Escalate clinical concerns as appropriate • Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, clinical teammates, and operational partners • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR • Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Psychiatric care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred • Active PA or NP license in good standing • NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program • Must hold or be actively seeking licensure in Vermont and/or Pennsylvania • Strong clinical judgment • Excellent virtual patient communication skills • Comfort working with clinical protocols and supervision requirements • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Ability to use and adapt to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and digital communication and workflow tools • Approximately 20 hours per week availability
