📋 Description

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories • Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions • Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical protocols and supervision requirements • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans • Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response • Escalate clinical concerns as appropriate • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams • Maintain accurate , timely clinical documentation in the EHR • Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Psychiatric care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. • Active PA or NP license in good standing with NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program. • Must hold or be actively seeking licensure in Vermont and/or Pennsylvania. • Strong clinical judgment and excellent virtual patient communication skills. • Comfort working with clinical protocols and supervision requirements. • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with physicians, care coordinators, other staff, and operational partners. • Able to efficiently use and adapt to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and a variety of digital communication and workflow tools.
