• Ensure the integrity of the corporate enterprise master patient index (MPI) • Oversee day-to-day workflow and operations • Analyze current standards and regulations • Develop data collection tools • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching • Collect and maintain monthly MPI statistical data • Develop policies and procedures for MPI functions
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology or a related field or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of directly related experience • 5 years healthcare or acute care hospital experience • 5 years Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience • 3 years HIM management experience • Strong management and leadership skills • Excellent computer skills • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, data-oriented, process-oriented
