📋 Description

• Manage a team of project management professionals supporting enterprise goals, strategic projects, client delivery, and technological efficiencies • Coach and provide feedback to direct reports and team members • Design, plan, deliver, evaluate, and continuously support enterprise project-management needs • Track project progress in ServiceNow for standardized reporting • Utilize the portfolio-management system and support enterprise-wide intake and pipeline development of improvement projects • Develop and deploy department operational processes to improve client delivery, standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ensure team adoption of new processes • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and support informed decision-making • Incorporate feedback mechanisms into project approaches • Build and maintain a professional peer network and participate in relevant professional organizations • Remain current on healthcare-industry trends and leading portfolio/project-management practices • Take on other projects and assignments as directed by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or closely related field • 5 years experience in project management • 3 years experience successfully managing large scale projects • Willingness for change management and adaptive thinking • Ability to inspire, lead, solve problems and strategically plan • Ability to work under pressure to produce valuable output • Time-management, decision-making, mentoring, presentation, communication, and conflict-management skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to be proactive and create and implement processes to improve the current state • Collaboration, resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism • Team-building skills including emotional and social intelligence • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Preferred: Direct supervisory and process creation/implementation experience • Preferred: CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) from the American Society for Quality • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.; frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use
