📋 Description

• Design, plan, deliver, evaluate, and continually support strategic enterprise initiatives and project management needs • Track project progress in the project management system and provide standardized reports • Assess variation, organizational performance gaps, expense reduction opportunities, and revenue growth opportunities • Perform root cause and gap analysis using current-state data • Interpret data accurately • Facilitate team meetings and coordinate project documents, actions, and follow-up items • Identify and escalate barriers and risks • Execute departmental and divisional goals, strategies, and vision • Foster continuous learning and improvement • Collaborate with clients and business partners to share project status, results, and feedback • Build and maintain a professional peer network and relevant professional organization memberships • Stay current with healthcare industry trends and portfolio and project management practices • Work alongside senior team members and the direct supervisor to ensure accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a closely related field • 3 years of progressive experience in project management, or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Team-building skills and emotional and social intelligence • Collaboration, resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs • Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use • Preferred: Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or another related degree • Preferred: 5 years of progressive experience in project management • Preferred: CSSBB certification from the American Society for Quality
