📋 Description

• Hiring, training, and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment • Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback and support • Working closely with attorneys and the Conflicts department to ensure the provision of timely and effective services • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Conflicts department for attorneys and staff, assisting with solving problems, providing updates, and triaging requests • Assisting with streamlining and managing complex and urgent conflict check requests • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably • A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative professional experience
