📋 Description

• Perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education within an assigned geographic territory • Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced model pump benefits and out-of-pocket differences • Schedule and perform product demonstrations • Take patient measurements and ensure proper device sizing, fit, and comfort • Educate patients and caregivers on compression therapy devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions • Communicate rental agreements, financial responsibilities, and individualized instructions • Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns • Confirm appointments and prepare equipment and supplies for in-home visits • Collaborate with internal operations teams on order completion and documentation • Escalate patient needs or concerns to the patient relations team for same-day follow-up • Use translation resources to eliminate language barriers when applicable • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to conduct in-home visits • Work collaboratively with company employees, managers, and departments

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience • Professional certification or license preferred but not required • Previous medical device industry experience a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation applications • Ability to work independently while meeting role expectations • Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings • Ability to learn and use company-specific software and handheld technology tools • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach as required for patient care • Ability to read printed materials and computer screens • Hearing and speech required to communicate in person and over the phone • Manual dexterity and stamina to perform job functions • Compliance with HIPAA, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, federal, state, accreditation, and insurance requirements
