📋 Description

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced model pump benefits • Trial 51 and 52 devices and review out-of-pocket differences • Schedule and perform product demonstrations • Take patient measurements and provide instructions for Lympha Press compression devices • Ensure patients are properly sized for correct device fit and comfort • Educate patients and caregivers on compression therapy devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions • Communicate rental agreements, financial responsibility, and individualized verbal instructions • Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns about devices and documentation • Confirm appointments, set expectations for in-home visits, and organize equipment and supplies • Collaborate with internal operations teams on orders and documentation • Identify, escalate, and communicate patient needs to the patient relations team • Use translation resources or partners when applicable • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for in-home patient visits • Work collaboratively with company employees, managers, and departments • Perform duties in alignment with company mission, vision, and goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience • Professional certification or license preferred but not required • Previous medical device industry experience a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation applications • Ability to work independently while meeting role expectations • Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings • Ability to learn and use company-specific software and handheld technology tools • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach as required for patient care • Ability to read printed materials and computer screens • Hearing and speech required to communicate in person and over the phone • Manual dexterity and stamina to perform job functions • Must comply with HIPAA, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, federal, state, accreditation, and insurance requirements
