📋 Description

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials, explaining advanced model pumps and reviewing out-of-pocket differences • Schedule and perform product demonstrations, take patient measurements, and provide instructions for Lympha Press compression devices • Ensure patients are properly sized for correct device fit and comfort • Educate patients on compression therapy devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions • Communicate patient rental agreements, financial responsibility, and verbal instructions to patients and caregivers • Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding devices and documentation • Confirm appointments, set expectations for in-home visits, and organize equipment and supplies • Collaborate with internal operations teams on order completion and documentation • Escalate patient needs or concerns to the patient relations team for same-day follow-up when possible • Use translation resources or partners to eliminate language barriers when applicable • Comply with federal, state, accreditation, insurance, HIPAA, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation requirements • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for in-home patient visits • Work collaboratively with employees, managers, and departments • Perform duties in alignment with company mission, vision, and goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience • Professional certification or license preferred but not required • Previous medical device industry experience is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation applications • Able to work independently while meeting role expectations • Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings for appointments • Ability to learn and use company-specific software and handheld technology tools • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach as required for patient care • Ability to read printed materials and computer screens • Hearing and speech required to communicate in person and over the phone • Manual dexterity and stamina to frequently sit for extended periods
