📋 Description

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced model pump benefits • Trial 51 and 52 devices and review out-of-pocket differences • Schedule and perform product demonstrations • Take patient measurements and provide instructions for proper use of Lympha Press compression devices • Ensure patients are properly sized for device fit and comfort • Educate patients on compression therapy devices, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions • Explain rental agreements and financial responsibility to patients and caregivers • Respond professionally to patient device and documentation questions • Confirm appointments and set expectations for in-home visits • Organize equipment and supplies for patient education • Collaborate with internal operations teams on orders and documentation • Escalate patient needs or concerns to the patient relations team for same-day follow-up • Use translation resources or partners when needed • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for in-home patient visits • Work collaboratively with employees, managers, and departments • Perform duties in alignment with company mission, vision, and goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience • Professional certification or license preferred but not required • Previous medical device industry experience a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation applications • Ability to work independently while meeting role expectations • Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings • Ability to quickly learn and use company-specific software and handheld technology tools • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach as required for patient care • Ability to read printed materials and computer screens • Hearing and speech required for in-person and telephone communication • Manual dexterity and stamina to perform job functions • Must comply with federal, state, accreditation, and insurance regulations, including HIPAA, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation requirements

🏖️ Benefits

• Part-time, flexible schedule • $135 per completed visit, with higher rates as visit volume increases • Visits 1–9: $135 per visit • Visits 10–18: $160 per visit • Visits 19 and above: $185 per visit • Medical Advantage Plan visits receive an additional $50 per completed visit • Mileage reimbursed at $0.25 per mile
