📋 Description

• Build tooling and services powering machine learning and generative AI solutions in production • Build training and inference platform services • Develop model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks • Build services exposing machine learning and AI-based products • Deploy and manage applications supporting the AI/ML software development lifecycle • Write production code daily • Take ownership of work and spearhead cross-functional projects • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, data scientists, data analysts, and product managers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments • Ability to write high-quality Python code • Experience building RESTful APIs • Experience defining and using Protobuf messages • Experience with Docker and deploying applications to Kubernetes • Experience with relational and low-latency databases • Experience with Celery • Strong interest in ML/AI-based products • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience building systems from scratch • Ability to balance quality and deadlines in fast-paced settings • Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus and alignment • Strong organizational skills and ability to distill complex problems into clear priorities • Preferred: experience building RAG solutions • Preferred: experience setting up and maintaining vector databases • Preferred: production code experience in Java/Kotlin • Preferred: experience building solutions on cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS • Preferred: experience with highly sensitive data in a healthcare environment
