📋 Description

• Partner and consult with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, and design and build complex, performant business-critical solutions • Configure and optimize core Service Cloud features, including Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Salesforce Knowledge • Architect and build scalable integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise systems such as CTI/telephony systems, ERPs, and issue-tracking software • Drive defining, estimating, and shaping technical approaches and solutions using best practices • Customize Salesforce using declarative and coded approaches, including Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, Apex triggers and classes, and Lightning Components • Develop and execute integration strategies connecting Salesforce with systems, applications, and data sources • Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and connectors • Investigate and analyze technology improvements, development best practices, standardization, and upgrades • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; improve performance and user experience • Maintain and configure development and test instances for internal sandboxes • Author and maintain implementation and integration documentation, protocols, and best practices • Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce application in a technical and/or functional role delivering custom enterprise solutions • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Force.com APIs and Web Services, or other relevant programming experience • 5+ years of general technical development and support experience • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flows • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Experience working with GTM teams and Sales teams • Experience integrating multiple SaaS systems with Salesforce using integration applications and custom integrations • Experience using Salesforce, REST, and SOAP APIs • Ability to create data mapping and transformation processes while adhering to data security and compliance standards • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce security model • Expertise in problem identification, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting • Intimate knowledge of Salesforce platform governor limits • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Prior CPQ experience and at least one end-to-end CPQ implementation preferred • Experience with Visual Studio Code or similar IDE, Git, SVN, and related development tools preferred • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant preferred • Experience architecting and implementing AI use cases within the Salesforce ecosystem preferred • Ability to identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can optimize workflows preferred
