📋 Description

• Define and drive the design, governance, integration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform and its interconnectivity with the broader GTM technology stack • Serve as the most senior technical authority for Salesforce solutions • Partner with business stakeholders, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Technology, SDU, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions • Define platform strategy and establish architectural standards • Oversee implementations and program health across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Ensure Salesforce and connected GTM systems align with organizational objectives, system integrity, data quality, and compliant operations • Oversee end-to-end solution design for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, customizations, and integrations • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, technical specifications, and solution documentation • Review and approve technical designs and serve as the final escalation point for enterprise Salesforce architecture decisions • Provide technical leadership across planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stabilization • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/GTM systems • Define Salesforce data governance, master data management, and data quality controls • Establish governance processes including release management, change control, and environment strategy/management • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices • Conduct architecture reviews and platform health assessments • Advise Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap opportunities • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions • Mentor Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and external consultants • Support vendor selection, recruiting, and resource planning • Promote open, solution-oriented communication, teamwork, and shared goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred • Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred • Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred • 10–12+ years of Salesforce experience • 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Architect role • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and integration • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform • Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools • Process-focused and detail oriented, with commitment to accurate documentation • Technological proficiency and ability to learn, utilize, and navigate various external and internal systems • Must currently reside in the U.S. • Willingness to travel, including up to 60% travel for client meetings and executive presentations
