📋 Description

• Define and implement robust Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise goals and scalability requirements • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce development and integration best practices, tools, and strategies • Lead complex, multi-system integrations involving Salesforce and other platforms, particularly AWS • Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow • Build custom applications and enhancements focused on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization • Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, testing, and deployment • Implement secure and efficient integrations between Salesforce and cloud services • Design and implement data management strategies for migration, integration, and data cleansing • Mentor and guide junior developers • Translate stakeholder business needs into technical solutions • Lead technical discussions, resolve complex issues, and drive consensus on architectural decisions • Improve development processes, tooling, and team collaboration • Stay current with Salesforce advancements and industry trends and implement appropriate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Proven Salesforce architecture experience designing and implementing scalable solutions • Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configuration • Expertise in Salesforce data management, including large-scale data migrations, integrations, and cleansing • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, using REST APIs and middleware • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to design enterprise-level solutions • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence technical and business stakeholders • Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications preferred • Healthcare industry or federal and state government client experience preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, preferred • Ability to sit, read, work on a computer, and watch a computer screen for extended periods • Occasionally able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, kneel, or crouch
