📋 Description
• Lead the implementation experience at new M7 customer sites • Own relationships with facility leaders and coordinate all activation activities • Ensure high engagement and uncover opportunities for product improvements • Project manage the entire go-live process and monitor platform engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Strong skillset in project management • Ability to independently plan and execute projects • Experience training unit-leadership and key stakeholders on new technology • Experience working with health system leadership • Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders • Enthusiasm for teaching new technology and building collaborative relationships
