📋 Description

• Configure assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to meet federal baseline and client-specific requirements • Support fit-gap analysis by comparing federal business processes with baseline platform capabilities • Document fits, gaps, recommended resolutions, effort, and risk • Determine and defend whether requirements are met out-of-the-box, through configuration, or through customization • Develop functional design documentation and configuration workbooks • Build and execute test scripts; support user acceptance testing and shadow-mode operation • Drive defect resolution • Release and validate configurations in non-production and production after client go-live approval • Develop CDRL content, including release notes, training materials, and online help content

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Active Public Trust level clearance required • Undergraduate degree required, substitutable with equivalent years of experience • 2–5 years of relevant functional or technical experience • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration experience in at least one module • Experience gathering requirements and producing functional design documentation • Experience supporting UAT cycles and production releases • Federal HR experience preferred • Familiarity with GPPA, Guide to Data Standards, and EHRI reporting preferred • Experience migrating from PeopleSoft HCM or a legacy mainframe HR system preferred • Multi-module Fusion HCM experience preferred • Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred
