📋 Description

• Build the evidence-based AI teaching curriculum and prepare asynchronous modules for content creators • Apply backward design, scientific teaching, inclusive teaching, and universal design to curriculum modules • Own the credential framework, including badge structure, artifact requirements, rubrics, and peer review • Prepare curriculum documentation for external credential recognition review • Recruit, train, and support the founding facilitator cohort • Develop session protocols, deliver facilitator training, and build the facilitation ladder • Own member onboarding and the first-week experience through Session Zero • Manage enrollment applications, research consent, and artifact license consent • Run community recognition and status systems • Build and manage the artifact pipeline and peer-review assignment process • Recruit, train, and calibrate peer reviewers, including outside faculty reviewers • Curate and grow the artifact library and adjust its metadata schema • Partner with the VP on strategy, planning, and the year-end scale, narrow, or stop recommendation • Run data collection against the initiative's five success measures • Represent the initiative to Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• A master's degree in education, instructional design, learning sciences, educational technology, or a related field • Eight to ten years of directly related professional experience • Track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum at program scale • Experience with faculty or professional development, facilitating adult learners, and coaching instructors • Fluency in instructional design models and design thinking, including ADDIE and backward design • Experience owning a project end to end in conditions where the plan wasn't written yet • Working knowledge of the evidence base in teaching and learning • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage up, sideways, and down in a respectful, collaborative way • Must be able to multi-task and concentrate in an open office work environment • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
