📋 Description

• Develop and manage the payment gateway across iGaming projects and geographies • Own and improve key payment metrics (conversion, approve rate, stability) • Drive hypothesis generation and prioritize initiatives based on data • Optimize antifraud, KYC, and withdrawal flows • Ensure compliance with and development of PCI DSS requirements • Integrate and maintain alternative payment methods • Monitor stability and performance of payment solutions • Collaborate with PSP teams and external providers • Lead a cross-functional product team (product managers, analysts, developers) • Define goals, build roadmap, and drive stream performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Product Lead / Team Lead / Stream Lead / Head of Product • Hands-on experience with payments, billing, fintech, or iGaming • Experience working with PSPs and alternative payment methods • Strong product mindset with a focus on business outcomes • Experience managing teams and stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach • Experience running a large number of A/B tests • Understanding of event-based analytics and web events • Technical understanding of API integrations and system architecture • Experience managing backlog and product roadmap.
