📋 Description

• Partner with the business to define product vision and business system strategy • Build and execute product roadmaps and measure business value delivered • Manage demand, project and incident escalations, third-party vendor relationships, release planning, and cross-functional coordination • Define business value and boundaries for products • Own product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition • Compare product definition against the industry landscape and perform build-versus-buy analysis • Coordinate resources to define product architecture and solution design • Develop release plans and prioritize features based on business value and time-to-market • Assess pricing and licensing models for infrastructure, SaaS, and on-premise solutions • Assess organizational capacity and change-management activities, including training and communications • Identify and monitor KPIs for product efficacy • Forecast product obsolescence and migration strategies for data transition functionality • Collaborate across the organization with project managers, iteration managers, and stakeholders to ensure product delivery, adoption, and efficacy • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses • Assess changing business needs and adapt product direction or identify risks and mitigation strategies • Perform additional duties aligned with the intent of the role as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience • 2+ years of experience leading teams • Experience with Agile software development methodologies • Movement across different departments within IT while gaining a broader perspective of the business/industry • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and work experience may be considered • Must understand, comply with and attest to security responsibilities and controls unique to the position • Must comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual requirements, and internal policies and procedures
