📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery for enterprise network projects, including SD-WAN deployments, firewall migrations, switching upgrades, wireless implementations, and network redesigns • Troubleshoot advanced network issues across client environments and identify root causes • Partner with project managers on scope, timelines, and execution planning • Serve as the technical lead on implementation work • Collaborate with technicians on escalated support requests • Document resolutions, maintain technical records, and create knowledge base articles • Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and non-technical stakeholders • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers • Track time, project activity, ticket updates, and client work through ConnectWise • Participate in ongoing certification training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience leading enterprise network projects from design through implementation • Deep technical knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless infrastructure, and high availability design • Ability to diagnose complex issues by evaluating client environments holistically • Clear written communication for documentation, diagrams, knowledge articles, and client-facing updates • Ability to explain technical issues to stakeholders with varying technical familiarity • Comfort working across multiple client environments and balancing planned work with urgent escalations • Working knowledge of QoS for voice and video traffic, 802.1x, authentication infrastructure, and multi-vendor enterprise networking • 3+ years of network engineering experience, including ownership of enterprise implementations • MSP, consulting, or other multi-client environment experience strongly preferred • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, or comparable enterprise networking technologies • Ability to read and create maintainable network documentation and diagrams • Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE7, or Palo Alto PCNSE are valued; equivalent hands-on experience is welcome • Must be eligible to work in the United States
