📋 Description

• Perform software support, configuration, testing, quality control, deployment, and data editing • Perform geodatabase editing, querying, and analysis using Esri or GeoCurrent tools • Assist with installation and configuration of Esri, GeoCurrent, and third-party software applications • Provide client technical support for GeoCurrent and Esri software products • Track daily activity and provide updates to the supervisor • Comply with safety policies and procedures and report unsafe activities • Perform other approved duties assigned by management • Contribute to projects supporting internal teams and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge of how software applications and computer systems work • General understanding of Geographic Information Systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy • Ability to work in a team environment and establish/maintain effective work relationships • Ability to frequently communicate with co-workers and clients and exchange accurate information • Ability to be productive from either an office or remote working location • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, or closely related field plus a minimum of one year of experience with software applications and Esri ArcGIS suite, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience compiling formal written reports for external clients • Professional GIS experience in the utility sector is a plus • Experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and SQL Server is a plus • Professional experience with client interaction • Ability to obtain Esri certification as directed by supervisor • Valid driver license
