• Support Clinical Affairs and Commercialization teams in the development of training programs for the SAINT Neuromodulation System • Provide technical expert guidance and clinical trial site staff on-site training • Provide troubleshooting support on-site or remotely for clinical trial sites • Test MNS software and provide feedback to the software team to assist ongoing internal software development • Support the clinical affairs team with documentation and ongoing maintenance of documentation as it relates to training and/or device accountability • Analyze and evaluate product malfunctions and complete complaint reports as required • Assist with implementation of best practices at magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) centers to ensure good quality scans are obtained
• TMS technician experience is required. • Experience with MagVenture equipment preferred • Experience with neuronavigation equipment, particularly Localite software would be highly desirable • Previous experience working in clinical trials or human subject research is preferred
